Got a promotion into a position I’ve been waiting for for awhile but wasn’t expecting to happen for a couple more months.

-New responsibilities that will actually help me build good experience within the field

-A decent pay increase

-Reporting to/working with a good buddy

-No longer have “digital media”, “social media”, or “specialist”

- And, best of all, no longer working directly with the bitch in marketing who hates me and has it out for me!

Today is a good day.

Really, no longer working with a bitch is probably the best thing on that list. Sometimes, money really can't make up for working with someone who sucks, but you have no choice in seeing them every day.

Oh, 100%. I was getting ready to start looking for other jobs, because working with her just about ruined everything else good about working at the company.

Hell yeah! I just got a promotion a couple weeks ago myself. Such a good feeling. Make sure to celebrate a bit.
